Partner and Small Group Training
This one hour training has the best of everything. …..the attention of a personal trainer at a more affordable price. For partner training…..think husband and wife, siblings, best friends, parent/child . Available for small groups of up to 4 people. Also available 30 minute Express Small Group Training.

Group Fitness
We have a variety of classes to choose from including, Spinning, Bodypump, Cardio Blast, Body Blast, Sports Conditioning, Fusion. Buy one class, a package of classes or monthly unlimited classes. I started personal training at Peak Performance when they opened their doors 4 years ago. I am 59 years old and at the time felt that my strength was waning and my joints/spine were quickly losing flexibility. While recognizing that these changes were related to aging to some extent, I felt that I had to do something proactive to mitigate them. I have been working with Drew Siegel twice weekly and today I feel fit and strong. My flexibility has improved dramatically.
