Half Marathon Training

SET A GOAL… complete a half marathon!  (yes, you can)

The Girlfriends in Training TM program has successfully brought hundreds of runners and walkers across the finish line.  Whether you choose to walk, run or do a combination of the two, GiT encourages participation above competition for these events.

If you are currently able to complete 3 or 4 thirty to sixty minute cardio workouts per week, (walking, spinning, jogging, bootcamp, cardio circuit), you will be able to complete a half marathon with this program.  Your individual, progressive training program will be based on your current training level and will be given to you at the launch.

Cross Training Packages at Peak are available with special pricing for our runners/walkers training for these events.

OUR PHILOSOPHY:

  • Training should FIT INTO your life, not BE your life.
  • Every program that is entered into with a whole heart and a great attitude will bring you to the finish line.
  • Every participant should enjoy the experience for what it is beyond just the physical performance.
