Athletes
Our Athletic Programs have been developed by JR Nisivoccia (physical therapist/certified strength and conditioning specialist), Brian Bond (Professional Football Player) Drew Siegel (chiropractor) and Dan Caputo (football and baseball coach) with over 50 cumulative years of experience. This program is designed to maximize speed and agility , increase strength and flexibility, improve conditioning, and minimize the risk of injury during the season. All athletes will be educated in safe and effective training techniques that they can continue to utilize during the season. They will also receive a pre and post camp assessment using functional movement screen to evaluate the risk of injury.
Understanding the development of young athletes is what separates Peak Performance trainers from all the rest. We understand the uniqueness of a maturing adolescent, physically, emotionally, and mentally. We always consider and address the stage of development the child has entered. This alone makes an immense difference in how a child should or should not be trained.
Our athletic programs are for athletes looking to improve their performance through advanced agility and speed training. We offer the latest techniques and unique drills designed to increase your athletic abilities and help you reach your maximum potential. Focusing on education and proper form, you will learn a combination of plyometrics, agility drills, strength & conditioning training to reach your peak performance.
- Speed - focuses on developing starting speed and maximizing top end speed. Utilization of plyometrics and speed training techniques to maximize performance.
- Agility – focuses on developing coordination, foot speed, reactive ability, and quickness. Utilization of sport specific movement pattern drills, plyometrics, and various mobility training equipment.
- Conditioning – focuses on developing sport specific fitness by combining creative training methods with traditional conditioning equipment.
- Strength – focuses on teaching proper resistance training techniques for a variety of sport specific exercises with emphasis on Core.

Sports Performance Training
Peak Performance can help you gain the extra edge and keep you in the game. Speed and agility are major components of an athletes’ success. However, conditioning and proper strengthening also play an importrant role. Peak Performance has comprised a comprehensive Sports Performance program focusing on the following:
- Speed Development
- Neuromuscular Facilitation

- Flexibility Improvement
- Plyometric Training
We offer the following options: 90 minute or 60 minute sessions – work one on one with one of our athletic performance trainers
Peak Speed
Incorporates plyometric training for power and explosiveness; Core Strengthening; Flexibility and Injury Prevention Training. Techniques to increase speed including: resisted running, Overspeed training, and Form running drills.
Sports Performance Partner and Small Group Training
You and a friend (up to 4 friends) can work together for an hour with one or our athletic trainers

Today’s competitive teams need more than just sports specific skills. Contact us so we can help your team reach their peak performance.
Group Fitness
We offer Sports Conditioning Class on Tuesday 6:30 PM, Sports Conditioning on Saturday at 10:30 and Sports Circuit Training on Sunday at 8:15. Buy one class or a package of classes to suit your needs and supplement your training.
