I love personal training at Peak Performance for many reasons.  My trainer is a true professional and is knowledgeable about more than just “exercises.”  As opposed to working out on my own, working with my trainer allows me to focus on my form instead of spending time trying to plan my own workouts.  I always know that I’m working out every muscle group and getting in cardio as well.  I’m always challenged and every session is different so I’m never bored.  I am in in the best shape of my life and owe it all to my trainer and to Peak Performance.

My experience at Peak Performance in the past 18 months has been like no other fitness center I have belonged to in the past.  I was the typical person who joined a gym to try to get into shape and had no personal guidance once I began.  I would get frustrated and and make every excuse not to go.   My experience here at Peak is very different because all the staff genuinely take an interest in the members.  The fact that the gym is small is a huge advantage because of the personalized attention.
Boot Camp is a perfect fit for anyone who wants to get into shape.  The early class is great because there is no excuse not to go, and it gives me the energy to start my day off the right way.  Each trainer knows you personally and works with you to maximize your fitness goals.  My favorite aspect of the class is that there are so many trainers that vary the class every day to prevent the workout from getting stagnant.  The atmosphere is fun and the results keep you motivated to continue with the program.
Peak Performance is a unique fitness center with a non intimidating atmosphere that motivates its clients to keep their fitness goals.  No other program has kept me motivated for so long and I can truly say that I am in the best shape of my life.

I started personal training at Peak Performance when they opened their doors 4 years ago. I am 59 years old and at the time felt that my strength was waning and my joints/spine were quickly losing flexibility. While recognizing that these changes were related to aging to some extent, I felt that I had to do something proactive to mitigate them. I have been working with Drew Siegel twice weekly and today I feel fit and strong. My flexibility has improved dramatically.

Drew is an inspiration to work with and has become a trusted friend. The staff at Peak are committed and wonderful. The range of programs they offer is extensive and varied. There is literally something for everyone. The trainers maintain high ethical standards and are highly skilled. If you have physical limitations or a history of injury, they understand how to tailor the program to fit your needs. If you are willing to put in the time and  energy, they will take care of the rest!

PEAK is unique, I have never been to a gym where everyone cares about your results. I started working out there 3 years ago and IMMEDIATELY began to see results. The Trainers are knowledgeable, friendly, and will push hard to help you achieve your personal goals. I am 51 years old since training there I have lost about 25 lbs, down from a 36 to 32 inch waist and they have helped me stay in shape so I can still play lacrosse. Best Gym I have ever been to hands down and that is before you even consider all the awesome classes and group fitness options they have! I most highly recommend this place for both the advanced fitness nut or the average joe just trying to get back into shape!

I started going to Peak about a year and a half ago because my kids told me I needed to get into better shape. It turned out to be one of the better decisions of my adult life, as I have lost almost 30 pounds and am now in the best shape of my life. I recently completed the Tri-State Tough Mudder, a 12 mile run interspersed with military-style obstacles, and the fact that I not only conquered each obstacle but could even walk afterwards is a result of the training I received at Peak. I needed the motivation that the staff at Peak gave me to get started and now exercise has become an important part of my everyday life. My wife and I have worked with many of the trainers individually and in classes and have found all of them to be not only demanding and focused, but also fully knowledgeable and very personable. We both look forward to our time there every week. Most of my kids also train at Peak and 2 of them have since become certified personal trainers themselves.

Peak has been such a gift! In 3 weeks I felt different and friends and family started complimenting me on how I looked different, too. In 3 months I was fit enough to complete a really challenging cycling trip in hilly Portugal. It has been years since I’ve worked out consistently, but the intensity and the encouragement really worked. Everyone knows you by name — you never feel like a number. They make you work hard but focus on correct form so you don’t get injured. I feel like an athlete now — my energy level is way up, my attitude is better and I feel years younger. Great people, great atmosphere, great RESULTS! Hands down the best gym in the area and worth every penny!
